Change Management and Culture Change within a Light Rail Company
Our client wanted to revolutionalise the way that assets were assured and introduced to the railway. With some high profile projects underway in preparation for the London 2012 Olympics, it was imperative that any assets introduced to the Railway were timely, safe and sufficient and fulfilled the original requirements. Much work and time had been committed to developing a railway-wide asset change assurance process that would deliver a much more robust and efficient project assurance process.
The challenge – significant culture and behaviour change was fundamental to achieving this vision. Success depended on the organisation collectively taking ownership for asset assurance, and dedicating time and effort to understanding and executing the new ways of working.
Our client requested that Human Engineering supplied a suitably qualified and experienced Change Manager to support the Executive Team to transition and implement the changes being developed.
