Case Study - Accessibility of a Switchboard Enquiry Service
The Welsh Assembly Government decided to combine their Cathays Park Switchboard with the Assembly Library and Publications Service to bring together the services the public use "when they don’t know who to contact" for telephone and publication enquiries respectively. Human Engineering Limited was engaged to carry out an accessibility assessment of their consolidated telephone switchboard and enquiry services.
