There are numerous human factors that impact upon the safety and usability of the vehicles on our roads. Human Engineering has extensive experience of providing human factors input to the design and operation of both buses and taxis, through our relationships with manufacturers, operators, DfT, London Buses and the Public Carriage Office (PCO).
Our consultancy support typically investigates the human factors that affect safety, performance or usability of equipment, or effectiveness of operations, for passengers, drivers and staff.
